About the role

Responsibilities
- Acting as the primary finance partner for the UK&I cost base, embedding yourself in daily operations
- Providing high ‑ quality cost analysis, identifying risks, opportunities and efficiency improvements
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cost ‑ base planning activities
- Delivering clear financial reporting and commentary for operational and functional teams
- Evaluating investment decisions and commercial spend to support value creation
- Building strong relationships across stakeholders and leading cost ‑ focused discussions
- Driving a robust controls environment across UK&I
Requirements
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA (or equivalent) qualified, or at finalist level and actively progressing toward completion.
- Solid management accounting experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influencing non ‑ finance colleagues
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insight
- Strong communication skills and the skills to operate in a dynamic, matrix environment
- Experience with SAP, OneStream or Power BI (desirable, not essential).
