About the role

• Studien-Trainee in Sustainable Engineering and Management, developing innovative solutions for a sustainable future with practical experience in various departments.

Responsibilities

• You will complete a study-trainee program in cooperation between our company and the Westfälische Hochschule in Bocholt
• Within the company you will rotate through all key departments such as customer service, accounting, purchasing, marketing and product management
• You will gain practical, hands-on insights into our company's sustainability topics
• During semester breaks you will work full-time at the company

Requirements

• General university entrance qualification (Abitur). A business-focused Abitur is recommended but not mandatory
• Very high level of commitment
• Strong motivation and a high degree of personal responsibility
• Good academic grades
• Very good German, both spoken and written
• Interest in business administration and economic contexts
• Good IT skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Team player and flexible
• Enjoyment of and enthusiasm for bikes
