About the role

Responsibilities

• Complete a student-trainee program in cooperation between our company and Westfälische Hochschule (University of Applied Sciences) in Bocholt
• Rotate through key departments within the company such as customer service, accounting, purchasing, marketing, and product management
• Practical, hands-on insights into the company’s sustainability topics
• Full-time work during semester breaks

Requirements

• General higher education entrance qualification (Abitur). A business-focused Abitur is recommended but not required
• Strong commitment and willingness to take initiative
• High motivation and ability to take responsibility
• Good academic record
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Interest in business administration and economic contexts
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Team player with flexibility
• Enthusiasm and passion for bikes
