Responsibilities
Developing B2B demand generation and demand capture strategies aligned to client objectives and commercial KPIs
Defining campaign and creative approaches, including channels, formats and content types
Creating campaign frameworks that balance brand, demand creation and demand capture based on audience maturity
Translating strategy into clear messaging hierarchies, KPIs and delivery plans
Producing strategies that can be costed, refined and presented to clients in partnership with senior stakeholders
Taking overall ownership of campaign delivery across assigned accounts
Converting briefs into clear, actionable plans for internal and external teams
Providing strong creative direction across: LinkedIn and paid social, Email marketing, Thought leadership and white papers, Website and landing page content
Interrogating campaign data to assess performance against agreed KPIs
Identifying opportunities to optimise creative, messaging, channels and formats
Partnering with marketing automation specialists on nurture journeys, segmentation and workflows
Managing a small delivery team (two direct reports)
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in senior B2B marketing delivery roles
