About the role

Responsibilities
- Support in planning, coordinating and implementing user adoption and change management strategies
- Create and maintain communication materials and training documentation
- Assist in organizing and delivering workshops and trainings for new or updated application solutions
- Support coordination and documentation of IT projects and assist the project management team
- Manage the Microsoft Teams community: create posts (tips, best practices, FAQs) and respond to user questions
- Work closely with business units to successfully implement IT projects
- Contribute to developing content that promotes user adoption and optimal use of new or existing solutions
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Communication Design, Business Informatics, Business Psychology or a comparable field
- Initial experience in conducting workshops and trainings as well as creating training materials and communication content
- Strong IT affinity, interest in AI, and basic knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Good understanding of change and transformation processes; openness to new topics, formats and varied projects
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Business-fluent German and English
