Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Science or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within the Diagnostics industry or related field
- Deep understanding of global submissions and development strategies for international markets (e.g., China)
- Successful track record of managing high-performing teams
- History of successful interactions with regulatory bodies
- Experience in Affiliate Regulatory Affairs or Quality is a plus
- High self-awareness and mentoring capabilities
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills
