Responsibilities
Build, manage, and grow a profitable recruitment desk across Accounting, Finance, FP&A, Audit, Risk, Treasury, and related functions
Drive new business development and expand existing client relationships
Lead full-cycle recruitment delivery including sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and placement
Advise clients on market trends, compensation insights, and hiring strategies
Utilize advanced AI sourcing tools, CRM optimization, and market intelligence platforms to increase efficiency and reach
Deliver recruitment across contingent, contract, executive search, and retained engagement models
Requirements
3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to Accounting & Finance roles OR strong B2B sales experience with measurable success in a KPI-driven environment
Demonstrated ability to build strong client partnerships and manage full-cycle recruitment
Strong negotiation skills and a relationship-first approach to sales
