Responsibilities
Develop and grow your own client base by marketing contract talent solutions
Market via video, telephone, conduct in-person and virtual meetings with C-level executives and decision makers
Participate in local association and networking events
Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders
Maintain ongoing contact with client companies and contract professionals
Resolve customer service issues to ensure high customer satisfaction
Meet and exceed weekly business development goals
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of business-to-business development experience and/or working in an IT-related field is preferred
Strong desire to build a career in business development
Proven closing skills and ability to build client relationships
Combination of business development and account management skills
Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Must have a proven track record of success
