About the role

Responsibilities
- Overseeing onboard teams managing fixtures, fittings, furnishings, and systems
- Planning and coordinating operational repairs, refurbishments, and non-revenue crossing work
- Creating procedures across the fleet for standardized upkeep and maintenance protocols
- Conducting Yacht Aesthetics Audits and inspections
- Managing yacht aesthetics expenditures against assigned budgets
- Ensuring compliance with regulations such as SOLAS, ISM, ISPS, MLC, USPH, United States Coast Guard
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the maritime sector, or equivalent
- At least three years in a guest-facing position onboard luxury vessels or in a luxury hotel environment.
- Extensive experience with cruise or passenger vessels, including project management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of safety and risk management, regulatory compliance, asset management, and fiscal responsibility.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and planned maintenance systems.
- Strong ability to assess how standards and defects impact the guest experience.
- Demonstrates excellent collaboration and communication skills in English.
