Responsibilities
Serve as a dedicated resource for high-net-worth clients
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify risks
Design and implement customized insurance portfolios
Collaborate with internal and external advisors
Proactively review and update client policies
Educate clients on complex insurance products and trends
Assist clients with claims processes
Stay abreast of changes in insurance regulations
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
Participate in business development activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
MBA or relevant professional designation (e.g., CFP, CLU, CPCU) preferred
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the insurance industry
At least 3-5 years specifically serving high-net-worth or family office clients
Active and valid Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses
Deep understanding of complex insurance products and structures
Proven ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications
Ability to travel as needed
