About the role

Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and standardized documentation of business processes and process management assets
- Focus on how work is performed across the organization, driving consistency and efficiency
- Apply and promote process management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Define and maintain Business Process Management (BPM) principles, practices, and standards
- Develop and manage the Process Governance Repository (process maps, IT tools, templates, guidelines, etc.)
- Conduct process analysis, mapping, modelling, and impact assessments for process change initiatives
- Identify improvement opportunities and support implementation efforts
- Allocate and manage Process Analysts in line with the Process Management Agenda
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training on process management standards and best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Process Management, Process Reengineering, or Process Governance
- Strong expertise in process mapping, modelling, analysis, improvement, and implementation
- Hands-on experience with process documentation tools and methodologies
- English knowledge above intermediate level
- University or college degree
- Experience working in complex, international environments
- Familiarity with advanced BPM tools and frameworks
- Pharma industry knowledge
- Experience in process mining methodology and tools
