Responsibilities
- Technical lead for the architecture team, supporting the team with tasks and activities.
- Define security architectures and standards.
- Perform studies and proofs of concept (PoCs) for new security solutions to identify the best fit for the company's needs.
- Define and drive the security technology roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related IT fields.
- Postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent specialization).
- Minimum of 9 years of experience working in the Information Security discipline, including at least 4 years focused on security engineering and solution architecture.
- Information security certifications such as ISO 27001, ITIL, Security+, and vendor/product-specific security certifications.
- Languages: advanced English.
- Relevant professional training/courses in the field.
- Advanced knowledge of frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, COBIT, and ITIL.
- Experience with technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR, antispam, proxy, WAF, NDR, SIEM, digital certificates, and password/secret vaults, among other security technologies.
- Project management and project definition experience.
- Active Directory.
- Networking and IT protocols.
- Infrastructure and technology architecture.
- Experience in environments regulated by BACEN (Brazilian Central Bank).
