About the role
- Junior Merchant Analyst responsible for collecting and analyzing financial and platform metrics. Working to improve employee engagement through data insights at Reward Gateway.
Responsibilities
- Collecting, analyzing and reporting on key financial and platform metrics
- Work with financial data for various month-end responsibilities
- Maintain regular reports and dashboards that provide meaningful insights into financial and platform performance
- Create forecasts and projections based on historical data and market trends
- Monitor the financial status of key accounts
- Assist in the setup and development of key internal systems
- Analyze partner performance and marketing campaigns to identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Proficiency using Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with any of the following softwares: Tableau or PowerBI is a plus, but not required
- Experience in data management, forecasting and reporting is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable working with commercial targets and delivering against KPIs
