- Monitor and ensure proper technical execution on site
- Prepare specifications and participate in tendering processes
- Assess existing buildings
- Serve as the central contact for structural matters related to electrical installations
Requirements
- University degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Ideally experience in planning and implementing technical infrastructure projects, preferably in the energy sector
- Knowledge of tendering, awarding and billing according to HOAI
- Experience in site supervision (construction management), project management and project delivery
- Proficient in CAD software and Microsoft Office
- Driver's license (Class B)
