- 15+ years of experience in transportation or site civil engineering, with a strong emphasis on roadway and infrastructure design.
- Arizona Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
- 10+ years of project management experience working with ADOT, counties, and/or municipalities in Arizona.
- Demonstrated success in client relationship management, proposal leadership, and winning work.
- A collaborative leadership style with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
