Responsibilities
- Development of custom WinDev, WebDev and WinDev Mobile applications
- Evolutionary and corrective maintenance of existing projects
- Analysis and resolution of incidents and bugs
- Continuous improvement of application quality, performance and reliability
- Proactive proposals to evolve applications and best practices
- Participation in R&D and innovation topics: improving user experience (UX/UI), integrating new technologies (AI, automation, etc.)
- Direct communication with clients to understand needs and expectations
- Project follow-up: coordination, tracking progress, ensuring commitments are met
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of development experience
- Strong knowledge of WinDev, WebDev and/or WinDev Mobile, with solid foundations in SQL queries
- Developer training or equivalent professional experience
- Atypical profiles welcome: career changers, self-taught candidates, non-traditional IT backgrounds
- Desirable (but not mandatory) skills: JavaScript / CSS, UX/UI awareness, interest in AI and automation platforms (e.g., n8n)
