Consumer Marketing Coordinator supporting consumer marketing team for Northern Europe at ResMed. Managing operations and coordinating marketing projects across products in multiple markets.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations, enabling us to execute with excellence, in terms of internal stakeholder communication, and adherence to regional processes and standards.
Manage the content review and approval process and documentation management
Support with administrative tasks like purchase order creation and invoice management
Work closely with the Northern Europe Consumer Marketing Lead to coordinate the direct to consumer initiatives and roll out of projects in the region
Be the coordinator for our digital marketing tools and assets in the region, like brand site and campaign sites
Support localisation and transcreation of Global / EMEA/Regional content and disseminate across relevant markets in the region
Work closely with product, revenue, marketing and E-commerce teams to ensure correct, relevant and effective consumer marketing communication
Support with pilot projects and roll out across the region
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in planning, administrative, organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadline and budget requirements
Determined, results focused, self-motivated, flexible and innovative team player
Highly ethical and acts with utmost integrity and attention to detail
Passionate about marketing and ability to develop strong cross-functional internal relationships at different levels
Highly adaptable to meet the changing needs of the business and understanding of customers needs
Previous direct to consumer experience is meritorious
Strong communication and influencing skill
Experience and knowledge of marketing activation and campaign roll out
Digital marketing experience is a plus
Knowledge from working with project management tools and documentation
Previous experience in medical device/pharmaceutical/consumer healthcare sales & marketing environment or at marketing agencies working with these industries is a merit
