About the role
- Payroll Specialist handling payroll processing for defined employee groups at RENAFAN Group. Involves communication with employees and authorities surrounding payroll matters.
Responsibilities
- Durchführung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen für einen fest definierten Mitarbeiterstamm
- Korrespondenz mit Mitarbeitern, Finanzämtern, Krankenkassen und Sozialversicherungsträgern, inkl. Bescheinigungswesen und Sozialversicherungsmeldungen
- Ansprechpartner*in für unsere Mitarbeiter*innen in allen Fragen zur Entgeltabrechnung
- selbstständige Terminverfolgung und Überwachung von laufenden Vorgängen
- Perspektive auf Übernahme der Teamleitung des Bereichs Lohn und Gehalt
Requirements
- eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
- sehr gute und aktuelle Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsbeitragsrecht
- eine ausgeprägte Dienstleitungsorientierung, Sorgfalt, Diskretion, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
- einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office
- Erfahrungen mit DATEV Lohn und Gehalt wünschenswert
- Erfahrungen in der Erstellung von Statistiken und Berechnung von Kennzahlen
