About the role

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, product teams, and engineers to design and deliver AI/ML solutions that solve real-world business challenges.
- Translate complex business requirements into architecture and design for AI models, data pipelines, and deployment strategies.
- Lead discovery sessions and technical workshops with clients to understand their data, systems, and AI maturity.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps to ensure solutions are implemented as designed.
- Stay on top of the latest trends in AI, cloud, and edge computing to inform product and solution design.
- Function effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy market segment and successfully balance multiple projects (Sales opportunities, enterprise RFPs, SME programs, internal enablement, etc.).
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience on a similar role delivering AI projects at scale.
- Solid understanding of AI concepts: supervised and unsupervised learning, LLMs, NLP, computer vision, and model lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to interface effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Traveling: Must be available to travel as needed for meetings, conferences, and project requirements.
- Languages: proficient in Italian & English.
