About the role
- Supervisor of global Cash Management team across RELX divisions with focus on accuracy and compliance. Leading and harmonizing cash operations while ensuring adherence to policies and standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily cash handling operations to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance with company policies.
- Led and supported the cash team, monitored transactions, reconciled daily sales, resolved discrepancies, and prepared reports.
- Ensured strong internal controls while maintaining efficient operations and high standards of service.
- Lead a high‑performing global Cash Management team across RELX divisions.
- Harmonize Cash Management teams into a unified global operating model with consistent roles and processes.
- Define global Cash Management policies, accounting guidelines, and control frameworks.
- Maximize Oracle Fusion Cash Management module capabilities to drive automation and accuracy.
- Collaborate with R2R, P2P, AR, IC, Tax and business units to ensure seamless Cash Management integration.
- Monitor and analyze operational and financial performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and management reports
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance trends to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency through regular validation and reconciliation of reports
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align performance metrics with business objectives
- Lead global change activities to ensure standardization, training, and adoption of Cash Management processes.
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain alignment with RELX’s finance transformation roadmap.
- Identify opportunities for automation, RPA, AI-driven asset insights, and process simplification.
- Benchmark against industry best practices to evolve Cash Management toward world‑class standard.
Requirements
- Must have degree in Accounting, CPA is preferred.
- Must have 3-5 years’ work experience.
- Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
- Good English communication skills required.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
