About the role
- Visualization Developer responsible for building and enhancing Power BI reports for LexisNexis Risk Solutions. Coordinating with teams to drive data insights within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop a portfolio of internal facing Power BI reports to provide quick and accurate insights to our stakeholders
- Ad-Hoc data pulls as required by the business
- Implement best practices in all reporting and deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive understanding of the key drivers and opportunities within the business
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in business intelligence and familiar with data lifecycles
- Knowledge of, and hands on experience with, data visualization tools, which includes a minimum of 2 year of full-time development in Power BI or Tableau
- Ability to write Microsoft SQL queries to include: All types of joins, Aggregations, Filtering data, Mapping logic experience, Basic understanding of window functions
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and deep dive data reviews
