Responsibilities
Perform general accounting and financial administration duties to support day-to-day business operations
Maintain accurate, well-organized, and confidential financial records in accordance with internal controls and best practices
Respond to internal and external inquiries and assist in resolving financial or billing-related issues in a professional and timely manner
Support month-end and period-end close activities, including preparing reports and completing reconciliations
Collaborate with team members to support accounting and finance operations, including cross-coverage and shared responsibilities
Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting-related role
Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and database-related functions
A professional demeanor with excellent customer service abilities
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and multitask
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Post-secondary education in Business, Accounting, or a related field
Experience using Microsoft Great Plains or another ERP system
Accounts Receivable experience
