Responsibilities
You secure new contracts by taking full responsibility for complex tenders in contract logistics—from analysis through to final proposal submission
By developing economically viable end-to-end logistics concepts (warehouse, intralogistics, value-added services), you create robust solutions that optimally meet customer requirements and are scalable for the long term
With precise business cases and CAPEX/OPEX calculations, you provide the economic basis for competitive logistics solutions
You lead interdisciplinary tender teams in a results-oriented manner and ensure a consistent, implementable solution architecture across all specialist areas
In customer presentations and technical procurement discussions, you represent the concepts with professional confidence to increase the probability of winning the contract
Through structured handover to implementation and your contribution to automation, digitization, and standardization initiatives, you make a sustainable contribution to operational excellence
Requirements
Solid technical education in logistics, industrial engineering, business administration, or supply chain management as a foundation for sound decision-making
Several years of experience in contract logistics and tender management for structured development of competitive logistics concepts
Proven strength in concept development, costing, and business case preparation to ensure economic viability and implementability
Confident presence in customer and technical discussions, including procurement meetings and contract negotiations, to successfully position and assert the proposal in a competitive environment
Strong analytical skills and deep process understanding for structured, efficient end-to-end logistics concepts
Very good German and English skills; confident use of Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of digital planning tools as well as REFA/MTM is an advantage; willingness to travel
