- Manage the founder platform and experience for founders leading the strategic support services Redesign Health provides to its portfolio companies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience, ideally in venture capital or 0-1 startup, with a proven ability to identify and connect with startup founders, preferably in an international context.
- Strong understanding of the Indian startup talent market and cultural nuances.
- Excellent founder identification, engagement, and assessment skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a start-up or high-growth company is a plus.
- Fully fluent in English.
