Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of solid experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and delivery
- Proven expertise in Salesforce solutions, including nCino and Salesforce Industry Clouds
- Strong experience leading client conversations and understanding business needs holistically
- Experience with deployment pipelines, code reviews, and supporting production deployments
- Proficiency in SQL and SOQL queries
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills
