Responsibilities
Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings
Identify and gather requirements from stakeholders
Create and customize objects, fields, layouts
Create and maintain workflows, validation rules, etc.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business needs
Provide end-user technical support
Conduct system monitoring
Perform data import/export activities
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
Strong technical skills in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components (LWC), and Flows.
Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and third-party billing/tax engines (e.g., Avalara, Stripe).
Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization
Experience with data management and data quality best practices
Experience with user training and support
Salesforce Developer certification is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
