Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and develop Salesforce solutions using programmatic methods (Apex, Lightning Web Components)
- Translate client requirements into technical designs, data models, and integration architectures
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Support the full project lifecycle from discovery workshops to testing and deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including consultants, architects, and client stakeholders
- Contribute to internal community of practice, sharing knowledge and helping others grow
- Engage directly with clients, running workshops and providing trusted advisory.
Requirements
- Over 2 years’ hands on development experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Flows
- Experience with Salesforce data management, migration, and integration patterns
- Understanding of DevOps practices (Git, CI/CD, Salesforce DX)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- A keen sense for learning especially for new Salesforce products such as Agentforce
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform APIs
- Salesforce Certifications.
