Responsibilities
Design, configure, and develop Salesforce solutions using programmatic methods (Apex, Lightning Web Components)
Translate client requirements into technical designs, data models, and integration architectures
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Support the full project lifecycle from discovery workshops to testing and deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including consultants, architects, and client stakeholders
Contribute to internal community of practice, sharing knowledge and helping others grow
Engage directly with clients, running workshops and providing trusted advisory.
Requirements
Over 2 years’ hands on development experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
Proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Flows
Experience with Salesforce data management, migration, and integration patterns
Understanding of DevOps practices (Git, CI/CD, Salesforce DX)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
A keen sense for learning especially for new Salesforce products such as Agentforce
