Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in ServiceNow designs and developments
Expertise in ServiceNow upgrades and API with complex integrations (REST, SOAP)
Proficiency in JavaScript for scripting within ServiceNow
Comprehensive understanding of ITSM, CMDB, Service Portal, Request Management
ITIL certification is preferred
