Responsibilities
- Operation and further development of modern IT system landscapes
- Installation, configuration and administration of Microsoft environments (servers, clients, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, etc.)
- Analysis and resolution of technical incidents – independently and as part of a team
- Ensuring stable IT services through monitoring, troubleshooting and optimizations
- Lifecycle management of existing infrastructures and contribution to the design of new solutions
Requirements
- Completed IT qualification (apprenticeship, technical college, HTL or equivalent)
- Several years of hands-on experience in IT operations, administration or support
- Deep expertise in Microsoft technologies: Windows Server & client, Active Directory / Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint
- Routine in installation, configuration & administration – you don’t just know the systems, you master them
- Solution-oriented mindset & initiative – you take ownership and bring tasks to completion
- Very good German skills, good English skills
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of team collaboration
