About the role

  • Technology & Digital Director leading digital transformation initiatives for senior programs at Reckitt. Focusing on enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency through innovative technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the digital transformation strategy for senior programs
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
  • Lead change management initiatives within the Supply IT function
  • Facilitate all phases of program life cycles
  • Develop and implement program plans
  • Monitor program progress against timelines and budgets
  • Oversee the adoption of new technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
  • Evaluate and recommend tools and platforms that enhance service delivery and facilitate communication
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of programs
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including seniors, caregivers, and community partners, to gather feedback and enhance program relevance
  • Manage program budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively to support technology initiatives
  • Identify funding opportunities, grants, and partnerships to enhance program capabilities
  • Provide guidance and support to team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Facilitate training sessions on new technologies and digital tools to ensure proficient use and support

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in technology management, digital program development, or related fields, with a focus on senior or community programs in the Supply IT function
  • Strong knowledge of current digital trends and technologies relevant to senior programs
  • Proven experience in project and program management, including tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a diverse audience
