Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the digital transformation strategy for senior programs
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Lead change management initiatives within the Supply IT function
- Facilitate all phases of program life cycles
- Develop and implement program plans
- Monitor program progress against timelines and budgets
- Oversee the adoption of new technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
- Evaluate and recommend tools and platforms that enhance service delivery and facilitate communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of programs
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including seniors, caregivers, and community partners, to gather feedback and enhance program relevance
- Manage program budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively to support technology initiatives
- Identify funding opportunities, grants, and partnerships to enhance program capabilities
- Provide guidance and support to team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in technology management, digital program development, or related fields, with a focus on senior or community programs in the Supply IT function
- Strong knowledge of current digital trends and technologies relevant to senior programs
- Proven experience in project and program management, including tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a diverse audience
