About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible leadership and coordination of key projects from the conceptual phase through implementation while adhering to company standards
- Responsible for the timely, quality-compliant and within-budget execution of projects
- Primary interface to our clients and stakeholders within the project context
- Responsible project management in compliance with global Project Management Systems
- Project portfolio management and alignment of priorities within the Site Leadership Team
- Interface with commercial functions for the preparation of proposals and bids
- Collaboration with global MSaT and project management, quality and commercial functions, as well as local production and quality units
Requirements
- Degree in a STEM-related field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, Engineering) or equivalent qualification
- Experience leading projects in a matrix organization
- Analytical and structured approach with initiative, self-motivation and an independent strategic orientation, while effectively working within a team and matrix environment to influence and lead activities
- Advanced IT skills (Microsoft Windows and Office)
- Knowledge of pharma-specific requirements and processes, particularly GMP knowledge (regulatory aspects, manufacturing processes, GMP compliance) is advantageous
- Fluent German and English language skills
