Requirements

- Able to write short, punchy, action-oriented scripts
- Creative yet structured: able to propose ideas within a specific framework
- Able to produce at scale without losing quality
- Comfortable with direct feedback and rapid iterations
- Genuine interest in performance and results
- Strong communication with creative and operational teams
- Experience as a UGC creator, or a background in producing content oneself (writing, shooting, and/or editing).
- Ability to write with real execution in mind: lines that are easy to deliver on camera, credible for a creator, and smooth in the edit.
