About the role

Responsibilities
- Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
- Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
- Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
- Optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves
- Construct promotional displays
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
- Order product for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented and maintained
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
- Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches
- Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license issued by the state of residence
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
- Ability to perform physical tasks like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25 miles range from the primary location
