About the role

Responsibilities
- Handle fiscal receipt processes (NF-e, NFS-e, CT-e)
- Create purchase orders
- Register suppliers and materials
- Issue invoices
- Reconcile accounting ledger accounts
- Respond to client-area support tickets
- Generate reports and performance indicators
Requirements
- Knowledge of fiscal receipt operations, including tax analysis and bookkeeping, tax calculation, tax withholdings, and use of J1BTAX
- Experience with SAP, including creation of purchase orders and data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), intermediate to advanced level
- Desired: Additional SAP knowledge
- Desired: Experience with ServiceNow
