Responsibilities
Analyze sales, sell‑thru, rate of sale, WOS, and inventory health at the item, style, and store level.
Develop and maintain style/colour level sales forecasts for the Canadian apparel business, submitted monthly to Finance.
Identify over and under performing SKUs and highlight risks and opportunities requiring action.
Prepare and maintain KPI reporting to support weekly and monthly business reviews.
Execute initial allocations, replenishment orders, and new store inventory setups.
Balance inventory weekly by store, capacity, sales trends and budgets.
Monitor in‑store and DC inventory to maintain target WOS while minimizing stockouts and excess.
Determine size curves and pack configurations for new replenishment and seasonal buys.
Issue and manage production orders in line with approved sales forecasts, inventory plans, and capacity constraints.
Recommends allocation, size curve, pack configuration, and inventory flow adjustments based on sales trends and inventory health.
Identifies inventory, service, or margin risks early and escalates issues.
Supports customer and internal discussions with clear, data‑backed recommendations.
Work with Sales, Planning, Ops, and Finance.
Communicate inventory risks, opportunities, and operational issues clearly and concisely.
Participate in weekly/monthly cadence meetings and share insights.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, economics, or a related field, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong analytical thinking and retail math fundamentals.
Comfort working with large datasets.
Sound judgment when balancing service, inventory risk, and operational constraints.
Clear written and verbal communicator with cross‑functional partners.
Able to manage individual responsibilities collaboratively and escalate issues appropriately.
