Responsibilities
Conduct initial screening calls with potential clients to determine if they have a qualifying immigration case.
Clearly and compassionately explain our services and gather essential information needed to assess eligibility.
Build rapport with prospective clients by demonstrating empathy and a genuine desire to help.
Follow up with inquiries, reschedule missed appointments, and keep potential clients engaged in the process.
Accurately update CRM records and maintain an organized call and follow-up system.
Support the sales pipeline by driving qualified leads forward through persuasive and strategic communication.
Consistently meet individual performance goals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Requirements
At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in professional services or consultative sales environments
Strong communication skills in English required; bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
Proven track record of engaging with prospects and contributing to successful conversions or deal progression
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly with diverse clients
Comfortable discussing sensitive immigration matters with empathy and professionalism
Proficiency with CRM systems and ability to manage organized sales processes
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and drive to achieve goals
Must be based in Tegucigalpa or San Pedro Sula, Honduras, with awareness that the role will begin remotely and transition to in-person.
