Requirements
- Expertise in observability stacks, monitoring platforms, and telemetry frameworks (metrics/logs/traces)
- Strong (DevOps) engineering foundation (having Beta brains): Cloud platforms, automation, scripting, pipelines, and infrastructure‑as‑code.
- Courage and ownership: you take initiative, challenge norms, and move the organization forward.
- Strong coaching skills: you help teams grow in autonomy, engineering quality, and decision‑making.
- Academic working and thinking level, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Conceptual clarity: you simplify complexity, recognize patterns, and act with contextual awareness.
