Responsibilities
Issue tax invoices (Notas Fiscais), ensuring compliance with internal procedures and applicable legislation;
Generate billing slips (boletos) to support the department's financial routines;
Receive and inspect goods, ensuring correct documentation and recording;
Complete and update control spreadsheets related to administrative activities;
Keep the manager informed of incidents and department requests, ensuring alignment and organized routines.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Accounting, or related fields;
Knowledge of the Protheus (TOTVS) system;
Experience with administrative routines and/or invoicing is a plus;
Advanced Excel is considered a plus;
Organized, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills.
