About the role
- Payroll Specialist at QVC advising on salary-related topics and supporting employee inquiries. Ensuring compliance with payroll standards in a dynamic international environment.
Responsibilities
- Beratung der Mitarbeiter bei Fragen zur Entgeltabrechnung und allen anderen abteilungsrelevanten Themen wie Versicherungen, Steuerklassenwahl etc.
- Unterstützung des Fachbereichs People bei abrechnungstechnischen Fragen
- Durchführung der monatlichen SOX und IKS-Prüfungen und Dokumentationen im Rahmen der Entgeltabrechnung
- Sicherstellung der ordnungsmäßigen Dokumentation von Stammdatenänderungen und Massendatenerfassung
- Erstellung von Statistiken und Personalauswertungen mit Entgeltbezug
- Unterstützung bei der Ermittlung von Rückstellungen und Abstimmung mit Finance
- Prüfung und Freigabe der in Workday erfassten Personalstammdaten
- Durchführung der notwendigen Datenpflege im Rahmen des Employee Live-Cycles.
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung idealerweise im Personalbereich und/oder relevante Berufserfahrung
- Umfassende Kenntnisse im Bereich des Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitszeit- und Bundesurlaubsgesetz
- Gute Anwenderkenntnisse der Datenpflege in SAP-HCM (Entgeltabrechnung und Zeitwirtschaft)
- Sicherer Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket
- Verantwortungsbewusste und dienstleistungsorientierte Beratung
- Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
