Requirements
- Eingeschriebene*r Student*in in (Wirtschafts-) Psychologie, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Erste Praxiserfahrung im Personalwesen oder im Office Management sind von Vorteil
- Selbständiges Arbeiten und Struktur im Daily Doing ist das A und O
- Souveräner Umgang mit gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Bereitschaft und Kompetenz für moderne KI-Lösungen und Unterstützen von Digitalisierungsinitiativen im HR-Bereich
