About the role

Responsibilities
- Review and process HBG warehouse feed batches, including issue research.
- Review, research, and correct general ledger activity.
- Set up, review, and break down freight bills.
- Review, process, and receive drop shipments and forward documentation to AR.
- Perform ad hoc reporting, research, adjustments, and corrections.
- Prepare and invoice consignment billings throughout the month.
- Assist Manager with annual audit for all inventory items: Prepare reports and reconciliations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Inventory or Cost Accountant.
- Experience with MS Dynamics GP preferred.
- Advanced MS Excel proficiency required.
- Experience analyzing cost-related data.
- Publishing industry experience a plus, but not required.
