Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead responsible for directing the work of others.
- Production experience at scale of a generative ai application or platform.
- Expert proficiency in Python and solid skills in typeScript or Java as well as some experience in a modern compiled language such as Go or Rust.
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Expert experience in one of the cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and solid understanding of infrastructure as code (Terraform).
- Expert in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
- Strong familiarity with scaling tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Able to work on site in our amazing offices in Palo Alto 3 days per week (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner provided daily).
