About the role
- Power Platform Developer responsible for designing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. Collaborating with stakeholders and optimizing organizational processes through application development and automation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize the user interface.
- Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces that enhance user experience.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make improvements.
- Develop custom applications using Power Apps.
- Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate.
- Use Dataverse to create custom data models for applications requiring a relational data structure.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide insights and data visualization.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Possesses 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in developing Canvas Apps and/or Model-Driven Apps within the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in information technology or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT roles and/or software development positions.
- Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (an additional 4 years of professional experience may be substituted for the degree requirement).
- A minimum of 1 year of direct experience working with Power BI and SharePoint.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS and/or possesses business analysis (BA) experience.
- Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility is required.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
