- Be a part of Qliro’s architecture forum.
- Shape ideas from early concept all the way to production deployment.
- Improve and refine team processes
- Design architecture that scales with Qliro’s growth across the Nordics.
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering stakeholders.
- Enjoy flexibility in how and where you work (hybrid setup).
Requirements
- Solid experience in software development using .NET , C# , MongoDB and AWS
- 3-5 years in a tech lead role
- Proven ability to guide, mentor, and elevate engineering teams.
- Confidence in technical and architectural discussions
- A user‑centric mindset with a focus on real customer impact.
- Experience working with agile ways of working in a modern engineering environment.
- A strong grasp of engineering fundamentals and best practices.
- Experience and curiosity in how to work with AI
- Experience from working with Buy Now Pay Later products
