Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver frontend‑heavy full stack applications from concept to production.
- Own the entire SDLC, Requirement understanding, System and UI architecture, Development and code reviews, Deployment and production support.
- Lead and mentor a small team of engineers, providing technical direction and quality oversight.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, including Requirement discussions, Architecture walkthroughs, Status updates, technical decision explanations.
- Ensure applications meet standards for Performance, Scalability, Security, Maintainability.
- Effectively leverage AI‑assisted development tools while maintaining strong engineering judgment.
- Take full ownership of deliverables, timelines, and solution quality.
Requirements
- 6+ years of frontend heavy Full stack experience.
- Claude Code Expertise.
- Nextjs/React Expertise.
- Any backend tech stack hands-on experience.
- Hands-on experience with AWS OR Azure.
- Must build end to end solution independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience leading small team & independently managing clients.
