- Own the full web app like it’s your reputation on the line (because it is)
- Ship pixel-perfect dashboards and analytics widgets weekly that make PMs cry happy tears
- Turn terabytes of ad-spend data into graphs that load in $1B GMV (we’ll know if you’re lying)
Requirements
- Former FAANG/unicorn mafia (we already have a couple, you’ll fit right in)
- Experience with Cube.js or semantic layers that didn’t make you want to quit tech
- Spanish fluency (helps when the founder starts yelling in Porteño at 2 a.m.)
- You review your own PRs before hitting “request review” like a goddamn adult
- “It works on my machine” is a phrase that makes you violently angry
- You ship robust code or you don’t ship at all — edge cases are your kink
- You can explain complex systems to a five-year-old (or to our growth guy)
- You’re fine with zero work-life balance for 6 months if it means we hit $1M ARR and all fly to Mallorca.
