• **Responsibilities**
• Close partnership with the trading desk to provide critical support for trade management, confirmations, and settlement for our full cryptocurrency product suite.
• Manage trade records and ensure data accuracy across multiple internal systems.
• Investigate and resolve breaks related to missing trades.
• Close collaboration with various departments including Business Development, Technology, Compliance, Legal and Finance to resolve operational and data quality issues in a timely manner.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve operational efficiency
• Analyse transaction data to identify trends and recommend system improvement.
• Perform operations risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate risks.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Middle Office, Trade Support, or Operations within trading or exchange environments.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Business, or a related field; equivalent Banking/ Crypto industry experience will be considered.
• Solid understanding of front-to-back trade lifecycle.
• Deep familiarity with the crypto ecosystem.
• Experience with multi-asset products (crypto, FX, equities, derivatives).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate data discrepancies independently.
• Detail-oriented, efficient, and independent worker with good analytical skills. Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Coding skills such as python for data analysis, automation and data validation are advantageous.
