Responsibilities
- Support the team in all operational procurement matters
- Coordinate and oversee the entire procurement/tendering process
- Conduct corresponding price negotiations
- Draft and structure purchasing contracts (service contracts, works contracts and IT contracts)
- Independently negotiate contracts with service providers and suppliers
- Liaise with specialist colleagues regarding data protection, information security, internal audit, etc.
- Actively participate in projects within the team and cross-functionally
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a university degree
- Basic legal knowledge, particularly in contract law
- Ideally several years of professional experience in operational procurement of services and/or IT procurement
- Strong goal- and solution-orientation, confident presence, and excellent communication skills
- Excellent, negotiation-level German (C2) and good English skills
- Conscientious and structured working style as well as good analytical skills
- A clean basic police clearance certificate (no entries)
- A signed internal declaration confirming that your financial affairs are in order (e.g., no personal bankruptcy or wage garnishment)
