Requirements
- 2-4 years’ experience in technical accounting, corporate finance, advisory, or Audit roles, with exposure to capital markets transactions or IPO readiness preferred
- Understanding of accounting standards, regulatory frameworks, and market practices relevant to IPOs and capital raisings
- Ability to interpret complex financial and business information, assess risks, and provide insightful, actionable recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences
- A team player who supports colleagues, shares knowledge, and contributes positively to client engagements
