About the role
- Working Student in Purchasing with the Metals Team at Prysmian. Supporting daily operations and gaining practical experience in an international procurement environment.
Responsibilities
- Daily processing of purchase requisitions in SAP according to instructions from the Lead Buyer or in coordination with the purchasing team.
- Independently resolving order-related issues together with colleagues from other departments.
- Maintaining and following up on order confirmations.
- Daily communication with suppliers and regular participation in supplier meetings or on-site visits.
- Analyzing and resolving invoice discrepancies using our SNOW tool.
- Preparing and sending requests for quotations (RFQs) and producing quotation comparisons to support optimal decision-making.

Requirements
- Ongoing technical or business-related studies with at least three semesters completed.
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Good MS Office skills; SAP experience is an advantage.
